One of my new favorite things about being a mom is getting to see the world thru the eyes of someone who is looking at it all for the first time. The most ordinary things become extraordinary…. a butterfly, the sound of thunder, even an ant are all suddenly object’s of wonder and awe. Everyday is a new adventure. I’m so happy to share this journey with you Dex, there is so so much I can’t wait to show you and to experience with you. Thank you for daily reminding me to find the beauty in the little things, the little things I’d forgotten about. Thank you for reminding me just how very precious it all really is. Thank you for making the most insignificant, most ordinary, every day things into nothing short of magical.
